Shipping Policy
Order items will be careful packed in handmade paper box and will be ship within 48 hrs. after payment received / or check has been cleared.
It will take about 10 days for items that not enough stock / which order more than 500 gram per item.
Some countries may charge import duties and taxes that are levied once a shipment reaches your country.
Other countries may have free trade agreements with Thailand allowing duty free imports. Customers respond for import duties and taxes.
Please Note: If a shipment is rejected because of customs clearance charges you will be responsible for any fees incurred.
Lost Packages
Every package can track via USPS system. But on rare occasions, package which sent via the USPS never arrive at their destination.
We will resend your order after a reasonable time after we investigate the problem.
